Delivery Information

Lead Time:

  • Standard delivery: 2-3 business days

Delivery Method:

  • Kerbside delivery at the nearest access point for the delivery lorry
  • Customer responsible for transporting Product from kerbside to final location

  • Monday to Friday (Business Days only)
  • Between 8am and 6pm

Delivery Charges

Standard UK Delivery:

  • FREE for orders over £699
  • For orders under £699, delivery charges vary based on:
    • Postcode location
    • Weight of the product ordered

Non-UK Delivery:

  • Available for non-UK addresses
  • Pricing calculated on a case-by-case basis
  • Contact required for quote

Next Day Delivery:

  • Available for orders placed by phone before 12pm with full payment received
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
  • Subject to surcharge and postcode location
  • Delivery charge will be shown at checkout

Collection Option

  • Free collection available from warehouse
  • No delivery charges when collecting

Delivery Process

Preferred Delivery Date:

  • You can provide a preferred date when ordering
  • After Confirmation of Order, we'll contact you to confirm or arrange alternative date

Delivery Confirmation:

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates
  • We recommend arranging installation only after receiving the Product

Acceptance of Delivery:

  • Someone must be present to accept delivery
  • Anyone at the delivery address is deemed authorized to accept
  • You must sign for delivery
  • Inspect Product for correct quantities and obvious damage before signing
  • If damaged/faulty, note this on delivery signature

Failed Delivery:

  • If no-one available, a card will be left with redelivery instructions
  • You may be charged for redelivery costs
  • If Product not accepted within 2 weeks of first delivery attempt, we may:
    • Charge storage and redelivery fees
    • Cancel the contract and refund (less admin charges)

Access and Restrictions

Delivery Access:

  • Inform us when ordering if there are size/weight restrictions at delivery location
  • We're not liable for non-delivery if lorry cannot access location
  • Some locations may not be accessible - we'll inform you and arrange alternative

Risk Transfer:

  • Risk passes to customer upon delivery
  • If delivery delayed due to customer breach, risk passes when delivery should have occurred

Packaging

  • Standard packaging provided
  • Special packaging available at additional charge
  • Customer responsible for disposal of all packaging (pallets, boxes, etc.)

Damaged/Faulty Products

  • Inspect immediately upon delivery
  • Note damage on delivery signature
  • Submit claims within 14 days of delivery
