Returns and Refunds
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Salento Flooring. You may return any unopened, non-damaged, resalable items for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, as long as stock is still available in the store.
Please inspect your flooring prior to installation. Once the material is installed it will be deemed acceptable.
No returns will be accepted after the flooring has been installed.
After Salento Flooring receives the product, please allow 5 working days to process the return; processing times can vary. All returns will be verified to make sure that they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Your refund will be provided by the same method you originally used to order the products. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Any items returned without a return authorisation, including cancelled orders and refused shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please call our customer care specialists immediately at 01279 439 892. Hours are Monday-Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Once an order has been loaded and is on route to the shipping address, Wooji Flooring will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted on special order products.
Refused Orders
DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT. If your shipment arrives damaged, call our customer care centre at 01279 439 892 immediately for assistance with getting replacements sent to you.
